Salt Spring’s Community Foundation

The Foundation is a charity for charities, channeling the generosity of islanders through over 125 expertly managed funds. Community Foundations are built through generous donations which are then pooled into sustainable funds, carefully managed and invested, and granted back into community. Over the past 40 years, the Foundation has granted 6 million dollars to community and continues to grow its impact in serving vital island needs.

Our vision is a healthy and caring community.
